Two fundamental principles that create lasting residual Income.

It seems that you can find a dilemma with the those people who are endeavoring to expand their network marketing. They make it sound very easy that they find themselves recruiting people who are basically not willing to do the work necessary to achieve success. To succeed you have to have the proper people and to do you must actually tell them the truth, in advance and in a way they will understand.
Successful Network Marketing is not really difficult when you know two very simple rules.
First market products as retail income to your customers until you generate about $250 to $300 a month. After that secondly recruit new people into your business and develop an evergrowing downline that generates what we network marketers talk about as residual income. This is done through coaching your new distributors to accomplish what you do, sell $250 to $300 retail and sponsor brand new people.
Easy Residual Income is money that you earn from accomplishing something once ( sponsoring new distributors ) and get paid for every month. Residual Income is a little bit like drilling an oil well. First you drill and then you accumulate fees from your oil as it is pumped out.
The starting point is actually critical because if you do not have simple retail income every month than you will have troubles spending money on gas in your car to go to meetings. You will not be able to buy the DVD training kit that will genuinely help kick off your success. You will be under continuous pressure to perform against monthly deadlines and finding new customers and distributors will end up very frustrating.
There really is not a simply way around the work involved. Sure many people luck out but their luck usually runs out after a few years and their expansion dries up. If you want to be into Network Marketing for the long haul you must get those first two problems you face sorted and solved once and for all.
